Agents dels Mossos d’Esquadra van denunciar penalment un conductor, de 28 anys i veí de Castellgalí, com a presumpte autor d’un delicte contra la seguretat viària per circular a una velocitat penalment punible.
Els fets van succeir pels volts de les 11.30 hores de dimarts, durant un control de velocitat que es va muntar a la carretera C-55, a l’altura del punt quilomètric 29,7, dins del terme municipal de Manresa.
El radar va detectar una moto circulant a 208 km/h en un tram de via on la velocitat màxima genèrica està limitada a 90 km/h.
Per aquest motiu, els agents van aturar el vehicle i van denunciar penalment com a presumpte autor d’un delicte contra la seguretat viària per circular a una velocitat que superava el marge de 80 km/h per sobre de la genèrica, tal i com recull l’article 379 del Codi Penal.
